UNNAMED ISLAND 006 is a mangrove island in the shallows. It rises to 45 m and runs ordinary for encounters at density 1. 4% of its spawns carry a pirate captain.

The place

Nothing here is more than a few metres above the water, which makes the SKY the big thing for once -- you cross it in a ship's boat under a horizon that goes all the way round. Twice a day it stops being one island and becomes fifty, and the channel you came in by is not there when you leave. The village stands on stilts on the two hummocks that are dry every day of the year, and the tide steps cut into the mud are so even that they look built. The unease is navigational and quiet: the map is right, the map is just not right for very long.
